How It Works
A simple, physician-guided process designed to be clear from the start.
Getting Started Is Straightforward
At Bridgeside Telehealth, the process begins with a brief virtual consultation with one of our licensed medical providers.
During your visit, we take the time to understand your medical history, current concerns, and what you’re looking to improve. From there, we determine whether a peptide therapy may be appropriate for you.
Your Consultation
Your consultation is conducted virtually and typically takes just a short amount of time.
- Medical history
- Current medications
- Health goals
- Any relevant lifestyle factors
This allows your provider to make an informed decision about whether therapy is appropriate and safe.
No treatment is recommended without a physician’s evaluation.
How It Works
Getting started with peptide telehealth is straightforward and physician-guided from the beginning.
At Bridgeside Telehealth, the process begins with a brief virtual consultation with one of our licensed medical providers.
During your visit, we review your medical history, current concerns, and determine whether a peptide therapy may be appropriate for you.
If treatment is recommended, your prescription is sent to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. Your medication is then shipped directly to your home, typically within 3–7 business days.
Consultation Cost
The total cost is $99 for consultation. Peptides and GLP-1 are additional.

If a peptide therapy is not clinically appropriate, there is no charge for the visit.
- There are no automatic subscriptions or hidden fees.
Ongoing Support
If you continue therapy, your provider remains involved in your care.
- Review progress
- Adjust therapy if needed
- Determine whether additional peptides are appropriate
Additional peptides are typically considered after the first month when clinically indicated.
