What Is A Prior Authorization/PA?
A Prior Authorization is completed at the end of your medical consult and is part of our service, you do not have to request one. We will complete the initial Prior Authorization at no charge. Appeals, Pharmacy and/or Medication switches are $25 each.
What Is The Cost Of Medication? Does Insurance Cover My Medication Cost?
Some insurance carriers do cover partial cost of your medication, please be sure and check with them if you are usure. Many people, due to the medication shortage and costs, use our NABP certified compound pharmacy. The cost for that is as low as 300.00 per month.
What Types Of Payment Do You Accept?
We are a cash-pay model. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Many patients have luck getting reimbursed by their insurance company after their consult or pay with a Health Savings Account card.
