What is the Cost of Medication?
The cost of the medication varies depending on your insurance coverage. Many people, due to the medication shortage, use our NABP certified compound pharmacy. The cost for that is as low as 300.00 per month.
My appointment was cancelled because I didn’t pay before my consult. Now what?
Unfortunately, we cannot see any patients who have not completed their Intake Forms & paid for their consult first. Once these things are submitted, we will happily reschedule you.
What types of payment do you accept?
We are a cash-pay model. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. Many patients have luck getting reimbursed by their insurance company after their consult or pay with a Health Savings Account card.
What is a Prior Authorization/PA?
A Prior Authorization is completed at the end of your medical consult and is part of our service, you do not have to request one. We will complete the initial Prior Authorization at no charge. Appeals and pharmacy medication switches are 25.00 per appeal
